This high-end silage baler comes in two models — the 504 Pro G4 and 604 Pro G4. Engineered with heavy-duty components, it features a drop floor and a 17-knife chopping system to help create premium forages. Wet or dry hay, this silage baler handles it all.

The Vermeer silage baler launches Sept. 5, 2024. Vermeer Forage dealers are now taking orders for purchase.

• Key silage baler features: The Vermeer silage baler features a drop floor to quickly clear and reduce plugs, allowing you to drive confidently through even the heaviest crops. Meanwhile, the 17-knife chopping system creates top-quality fodder by reducing particle size for maximized nutrient retention and ease of consumption and digestibility. The Pro G4 baler features a wide, campless pickup with wide-diameter rubber-mounted pickup teeth, meaning less crop left in the field and quick finishes. 

• Netwrap system: Enjoy fewer hassles and headaches with the Vermeer® Net system that loads from the rear of the baler.  

• Size options: The Pro G4 baler is available in two model sizes — the 504 (5-ft by 4-ft bales) and 604 (6-ft by 4-ft bales).
