504R Classic

Aggressive Rotor

Helps create positive bale starts by feeding crop onto rotating belts and into the chamber for bale formation. Together with the camless wide pickup, this forms square shouldered, dense bales.

Steel Windguard Roller

Designed to smooth out crop before it enters the pickup, even in less than ideal windrows.

504R Signature

Built for the full-time workingman, the 504R Signature is the even blend of convenience, ease-of-use and durability. The Signature name says it all—this baler advances the Gary Vermeer legacy of round balers with expert engineering and innovative technology.

Moisture Sensors

Real-time moisture sensors come standard to provide real-time moisture readings via the Atlas™ control system, giving operators access to real-time and field-average moisture information in the tractor cab.

Durable Components

The three main drive chains are made with 80 diamond chain to help minimize chain maintenance. The upper and lower drive bearings have a 33 percent higher load rating compared to the 504N while the clutch’s maximum torque rating is 32 percent higher than previous models. Durable components allow operators to efficiently bale dry or wet hay.

5-Bar Camless Wide Pickup

This durable, 5-bar pickup is equipped with steel teeth. With no cam tracks or follower bearings, this pickup allows for smoother, quieter operation when compared to previous models. Combined with the aggressive rotor, it forms square-shouldered, dense bales.

504R Premium

A high output baler with advanced, yet simple technology — and it comes from the factory silage-ready. The Premium baler is ready to provide a first-class baling experience with added features to increase productivity and measure return on investment. This baler is meant for the serious hay producer ready to put up massive crop.

Hydraulic Pickup

A hydraulic pickup lift provides convenience for operators switching between multiple fields in a day. This feature gives the operator the ability to lift and lower the pickup without getting out of the cab.

Silage Ready

With a silage kit installed at the factory, plus heavy-duty components and durable belts, this baler is ready for operators who want the flexibility to bale dry or high-moisture hay.

Increased Capacity

For baling at a quick, efficient pace, the 504R Premium can out-bale the other 504R balers. Starting with the increased pickup speed and ending with a faster tie cycle, compared to the 504R Signature, this baler can handle the intense pace of a full-time 5 ft x 4 ft operator.
